Natural History Exhibit: Our Global Kitchens

The American Museum of Natural History in New York has a new exhibit running November 17, 2012 – August 11, 2013 called Our Global Kitchens: Food, Nature, Culture.

In it they explore food as culture, the history of food and agriculture, food trade, and (not least of all) food waste and the impact of industrial farming. It looks like a wonderful, thoughtful exploration of our human relationship with food.
